These workshops provide participants with:
An understanding of the for-purpose sector exploring key trends, opportunities and challenges.
Knowledge of the responsibilities of board members, and critical trends in innovation and sustainability for mission-driven organisations.
Insights that support personal and professional growth and success as a board member.
An opportunity to hear from panel sector experts and experienced board directors sharing diverse and powerful stories and insights from their experiences as leaders/board directors.
Due diligence checklists, connections and support (where desired) to be able to implement personal strategies.
